Prices

All prices on the webshop are shown in either DKK or EUR.
We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. Reservations are made for sold out items.

Payment

We accept the following payment:

VISA, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, American Express, Google Pay and Mobilepay (only Denmark).
Payment will only be debited from your account when the item is shipped. Reservations are made for price errors and sold out/discontinued items.

Delivery

We strives to ship orders within 1-2 days after received. Shipping prices differ from country to country. The carrier we are using will be shown after you enter your address and country. If any problems arise, please contact customer service.

Right of complaints

There is a 2-year right of complaint according to the Danish Sales Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, the money returned or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product. You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect/fault. Moliin ApS will cover return costs to a reasonable extent. When returning, complaints and exercising the right of withdrawal, send to:

We do not accept cash on delivery shipments.

Right of withdrawal

There is a 14-day full right of return for goods purchased in our webshop.

The period is calculated from the day when you receive the order.

You must bear the return costs yourself.

Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 after the purchase and from the cancellation you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after. The notification must be given by email to info@moliin.com. In the notification, you must clearly indicate that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you wish to return the item to us, please fill out the enclosed Return Form and send the item to:

You cannot cancel by simply refusing to receive the item without clearly notifying us of this.

Return

You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods. When returning the goods, you are responsible for ensuring that the goods are properly packaged. You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation. The dispatch will be faster if you also complete and enclose our Cancellation Form. You bear the risk of the goods from the time of delivery of the goods until we have received them back. We do not accept parcels sent by COD.


Condition of the item upon return

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the goods as if you were trying them in a physical store.

If the goods have been tried in addition to what is described above, they are considered used. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive a part or none of the purchase price back, depending on the commercial value of the goods at the time of receipt - of the return. In order to receive the full purchase price back, you must try the goods without actually using them.

Refund

If you cancel your purchase, you will of course receive the amount you have paid to us back. In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount. When exercising the right of withdrawal, we will refund you no later than 14 days from the date on which we have received notification of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. Repayment will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to something else. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, unless you have previously provided documentation of having returned them.
